AC Repair.

It is 94 degrees in Pleasanton, the AC quit at 2pm, and the house is heading toward 80. You do not need a sales pitch, you need a tech and a fix today. Onzone runs same-day AC repair across the Bay Area, any make, any age of system.

The service call is a flat $49, credited toward your repair, and quoted upfront before any work starts. The parts that fail most often already live on our trucks, so most repairs finish on the first visit, not the second.

Problems we fix every day.

AC won't turn on

A central AC or mini-split that stays off usually has one failed link in the chain. We trace power, controls, safeties, capacitors, and thermostat signals until we find it.

Warm air from vents

The fan runs and the air never gets cold. Low refrigerant, dirty coils, airflow restrictions, failed valves, and compressor trouble all produce that same symptom, so we test instead of guessing.

Short cycling or shutdowns

A system that keeps starting, stopping, and tripping is protecting itself from something: a clogged filter, a frozen coil, a bad sensor, or equipment that was oversized on day one.

Leaking indoor unit

Water around the furnace, air handler, or wall cassette usually means a plugged drain, a cracked pan, or a coil icing over. We find which one before it finds your drywall.

I had an excellent experience with ONzone Heating & Cooling. Oleg was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable from the moment he arrived. He carefully inspected my air conditioning system, explained exactly what the problem was in a way I could understand, and completed the repair quickly and efficiently. I really appreciated that he took the time to answer all of my questions and never tried to sell me services I didn't need. After the repair, he made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. My AC is now cooling better than it has in a long time. It's not easy to find a company that is honest, reliable, and truly cares about customer satisfaction, but ONzone Heating & Cooling exceeded my expectations. I will definitely call Oleg again for any future HVAC needs and will gladly recommend ONzone Heating & Cooling to my family, friends, and neighbors. Thank you for the outstanding service!

OMG they were a lifesaver! After a power outage my old A/C would not come on in the middle of this heat wave we're having. I went through thumbtack and received several notifications back of companies that wanted to help. Ozone was the first one. I was thrilled that they could fit me in at a 2 PM to 4 PM timeslot as I was having people over for dinner tonight and expected 92° weather. He got here he was very quick clean explained everything and reasonable. I was a little hesitant because I didn't see many reviews but it's because they're a newer company and they just haven't got them yet and I figured I'd take a chance. Boy am I glad I did. They're coming tomorrow to give me an estimate on two new heaters and two new air conditioners.. I was very happy with their service and you will be too if you find yourself in need you can't go wrong with these guys! 5 star for sure!!

I called ONzone Heating & Cooling because my AC was not cooling properly. They responded very quickly and scheduled a same-day service appointment. Teymur arrived on time and was very professional, friendly, and easy to talk to. He carefully inspected the system, explained what was causing the issue, and walked me through the repair process step by step. I really appreciated that he took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I understood what was being done. It's not often that you meet a technician who is both highly knowledgeable and genuinely cares about the customer. The problem was fixed quickly, and my AC has been working perfectly since. Teymur is someone you can trust, and I would definitely recommend ONzone Heating & Cooling to anyone looking for honest and reliable HVAC service.

FAQ

Common questions.

How fast can you actually get out for AC repair?

Same-day for most calls during cooling season. No-cool calls during a heat event take priority. Call (650) 698-7979 and we will give you a real ETA before you commit, not a vague window.

How much does AC repair cost?

The service call is a flat $49, and it is credited toward your repair once you approve the work. After the tech diagnoses the problem, you get a written repair price before any wrench turns, and the invoice matches that number, not a surprise total at the end. Larger jobs like a compressor or evaporator coil go through the same written quote before work starts, and every repair is backed by a one-year labor warranty. See our maintenance plan for repair discounts.

Do you work on every brand?

Yes. Carrier, Lennox, Trane, Mitsubishi, Daikin, Goodman, Rheem, plus most mini-split brands and older systems most shops avoid. We do not turn down work because a system is older or unusual.

Should I repair or replace my AC?

Past 12 years old and facing a repair quote that starts to rival a new install, replacement usually wins on efficiency and reliability. We lay out both numbers honestly and you choose. Installation pricing here.

Is my refrigerant leak something I should worry about?

Yes. A refrigerant leak wastes energy, ices up the coil, and can damage the compressor, the most expensive part of the system. It is also illegal to top off without finding and fixing the leak under EPA rules. We do leak detection, repair, and EPA-certified recharge in one visit.
