Problems we fix every day.

Cooler running warm

Fans running, product temperatures climbing anyway. Dirty coils, low refrigerant, failed controls, and air infiltration are the usual causes, and we work through them fast because product cannot wait.

Freezer icing up

Heavy frost on the evaporator, ceiling, or door frame is a symptom, not a chore. It points to defrost issues, bad gaskets, or drain problems, and scraping it off fixes nothing.

Compressor short cycling

A compressor that starts and stops on a loop is eating itself. Electrical, pressure, and control diagnostics find the cause before short cycling turns into a dead compressor.

Walk-in not starting

A silent walk-in has a short list: thermostat, contactor, breaker, fan motor, control board, or safety switch. We work the list in order until the box is pulling down again.

Oleg did an excellent job with our HVAC system. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very easy to work with. He arrived on time, carefully diagnosed the issue, and explained the repair options in a clear and honest way. The work was completed efficiently and with great attention to detail. Everything was left clean, and the system is now running perfectly. It's clear that Oleg takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about providing quality service. I had an excellent experience with ONzone Heating & Cooling. Oleg was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable from the moment he arrived. He carefully inspected my air conditioning system, explained exactly what the problem was in a way I could understand, and completed the repair quickly and efficiently. I really appreciated that he took the time to answer all of my questions and never tried to sell me services I didn't need. After the repair, he made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. My AC is now cooling better than it has in a long time. It's not easy to find a company that is honest, reliable, and truly cares about customer satisfaction, but ONzone Heating & Cooling exceeded my expectations. I will definitely call Oleg again for any future HVAC needs and will gladly recommend ONzone Heating & Cooling to my family, friends, and neighbors. Thank you for the outstanding service!

FAQ

Common questions.

How fast can you respond to a down walk-in?

Active maintenance customers: typically within 2 hours, 24/7. New customers calling the emergency line during business hours usually see a tech within a few hours; after-hours calls usually see one that evening. We give you a real ETA on the phone, not a window.

How much does a new walk-in cooler installation cost?

Box size, panel thickness, refrigerant, and where the condensing unit lands all move the number, so we price after a site visit rather than over the phone. You get a written line-item proposal with every component visible, you approve the exact scope before work starts, and the invoice matches the proposal. Every install carries a three-year labor warranty on top of the manufacturer's warranty on the new equipment.

Can you size a new walk-in for our space?

Yes. We do the heat-load calculation, equipment sizing, refrigerant line design, and permit-ready specs for new builds and remodels. We also handle the cut-in on an existing build, including walking panels through a working kitchen.

Do you only do walk-ins, or full commercial refrigeration?

Full commercial. Walk-ins, reach-ins, prep tables, ice machines, refrigerant line work, condenser racks, defrost controls. See commercial refrigeration overview for the full scope.
